HOLDER REWARDS
Hold. Receive wXMR.
Required before public token launches open.

Collected transfer tax funds rewards
The approved rewards model collects a token transfer tax, converts collected tokens into wXMR, and divides the proceeds into 70% holder rewards, 15% GRAIN purchases and burns, and 15% Grainpad platform revenue. The platform share is gross revenue before operating costs, not profit.
Tax is collected in the launched token and sold for wXMR. These are real market sales. Tax can come from both trades and wallet transfers, so the amount collected does not measure new trading activity.
Your share follows your eligible holdings when converted revenue is allocated. Payment may happen later. Unpaid rewards already assigned to you remain yours even if you sell your tokens. Previously collected tax can fund payments during a quiet trading period. Only unallocated holder-allocation rounding joins a later allocation; rewards already assigned to an owner are not redistributed.
